Bu kapsamda ba\u015fta hijyen, g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, sa\u011fl\u0131k karnesi ve i\u015fyeri izinleri olmak \u00fczere restoran, bar ve kafe, unlu mam\u00fcl imalathanesi, berber-kuaf\u00f6r, g\u00fczellik salonlar\u0131, market, g\u0131da deposu, okul kantinleri olmak \u00fczere toplam 200 i\u015fyerine y\u00f6nelik denetimler yap\u0131ld\u0131. 8 i\u015fletmeye yaz\u0131l\u0131 ihbar, 27 i\u015f yerine kapatma yaz\u0131s\u0131, 1 m\u00fcsadere ve 2 de imha i\u015flemi yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca \u015fube, Ekim ay\u0131nda 16 yerden de su numunesi al\u0131p tahlillerini yapt\u0131rarak halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir unsuru olan suyun temiz bir \u015fekilde halka ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvencesi olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcler.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eubeden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada t\u00fcm i\u015fletmelerin halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutacak \u015fekilde, hijyenik ortam sa\u011flama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hat\u0131rlat\u0131l\u0131rken, sa\u011fl\u0131k karnesi ve i\u015f yeri izni konusunda eksiklik olmas\u0131n\u0131n yasal olarak yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu an\u0131msat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131k karnesiz personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n cezas\u0131 asgari \u00fccretin %50\u2019si<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belediye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yasal olarak her i\u015f yeri i\u00e7in belediyeden meslek izni almak zorunlulu\u011fu bulunuyor. \u0130zin almadan a\u00e7\u0131lan i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in yasan\u0131n 122. Maddesi kapsam\u0131nda 1 asgari \u00fccret ceza uygulan\u0131yor. Belediye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde herhangi bir ki\u015fi, a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 izne ba\u011fl\u0131 olan i\u015fyerleri, belediyeden \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 izin almadan i\u015fyerini a\u00e7amaz. Faaliyette olan i\u015fyerleri de i\u015fyeri izinlerini yenilemek durumundad\u0131r, yenilemeden a\u00e7amaz ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz. Yeni yasa kapsam\u0131nda i\u015f yeri izin harc\u0131 asgari \u00fccretin % 4\u2019\u00fc, izin yenileme harc\u0131 ise yine asgari \u00fccretin % 0.5\u2019i tutar\u0131ndad\u0131r.
